The Late Nights

Two weeks before competition, we were in the library until midnight every night. Running through direct examinations, cross-examinations, and opening statements until they felt natural. The janitors knew us by name.

The Debates

Not courtroom debates — team debates. We argued about strategy, witness assignments, and which objections to prepare for. Some of these discussions got heated, but they made our case stronger.

The Bond

Something happens when you spend months working toward a shared goal with the same group of people. You become a team in the truest sense. We celebrated wins together and processed losses together.
